Excellent service all around I have been gong this dealership for more than 10 years for car purchases and service. All of the staff members are very professional and friendly. I have been gong this dealership for more than 10 years for car purchases and service. All of the staff members are very professional and friendly. The sales staff takes the time to listen to my needs and try to find the vehicle that meet my desires. They follow up with me after each sale to see if I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle. The service department always explain any recommendations they feel are necessary and answer any question I have regarding those needed services. They are honest and patient with me. Everytime I visit Pacifico I know I am gong to get what I need in a friendly, honest and professional atmosphere. More

Pacifico and Hyundai exhibited a true professionalism and understanding of what could have been disastrous for me in financial terms. Dennis Golden, Service Consultant, was extremely helpful and attentive to my car problem. He kept me informed of the progress of the engine replacement, as well as the rental car and loaner car they provided. I really had a nice experience with their customer service, that seems to be lacking in many other businesses, Thank you. More

Bitter because I wasn't sure what to expect knowing my credit score was not the best and that the My experience at Pacifico Hyundai was bitter sweet. Bitter because I wasn't sure what to expect knowing my credit score was not the best and that the people working there might look down on me. and sweet because I kept thinking maybe we will drive home in a new car today, our car was dying. When we first walked into the door,Steven Cromartie , a very pleasant man asked did we need any help, and then went to get a sales person for us. Out comes this young man,{Marc Lightsey}, with the biggest brightest smile with his hand extended to shake hands. At this point I felt like we were in good hands. I told him about my credit fears and he said that there were options for people with credit concerns. The whole time I was there , Marc was great, he kept me informed of every detail and was extremely polite ,professional and friendly even when I wasn't. He was always upbeat and gave eye contact when explaining anything to us. HE HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYEES Pacifico Hyundai has. I also met Cris Harmer who also was not only very Professional and Knowledgeable about my concerns, but he was comforting as well. He too gave great eye contact and lots of reassuring when he noticed I was still scared some. THANKS CHRIS FOR ALL YOUR HELP! Last but not least, we met Mr. Ed, the finance man was very friendly, he made us feel very relaxed and that was no easy task , because we were more afraid to go into his office then any other office not knowing what type of money questions he might ask. We now have a new SUV, and I still feel that my experience is bitter sweet. Bitter because we now have a car note to pay and sweet because WE MET MARC. THANKS MARC . YOU ARE AWESOME !! More

He asked a few questions and sent for the car that I specifically came in to see. He quickly introduced US to Michael our salesman. Mike took his time with us and answered my every question no matter how strange. He made the entire experience stress free and more importantly hassle free. Within a short time I was a proud new owner of MY dream car. Mike went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and comfort with my car. I am a repeat customer and look forward to sending all my friends and family to see Mike at Pacifico. More

Trade in for New Car Loved this dealership. We went to a few Hyundai dealerships and dealt with a few over the phone, but this, by far, exceeded our expectations. First de Loved this dealership. We went to a few Hyundai dealerships and dealt with a few over the phone, but this, by far, exceeded our expectations. First dealt with Tim, whom helped us decide b/w a Genesis or a Sonata (yes yes, we know...huge difference bw the two). We test drove both, loved both, but although Genesis would have meant a bigger commission check for Tim, he steered us to the Sonata bc that was a better fit for our family. He cared more about us than getting paid which was awesome! Then the next day, we were helped by Chris over the phone. He was absolutely amazing. Over the phone, he seemed so upbeat and willing to help us in any way he can. I didn't feel like I was bothering him with questions or negotiations. He met us part way with our trade in numbers and worked with us with numbers regarding our new vehicle purchase. He was also very fast in rreturning phone calls too. Next day, husband and I came in to put a deposit down bc we thought we needed to get a vehicle we wanted shipped. Well, Hyundai didn't offer that color combination we thought they had. :-( We wanted the Hyundai Sonata limited in White with black interior. The limited in White only came in Brown, Gray, or Beige. WTH sonata!! Anyway, Cynthia, and Greg did everything they could to find a vehicle we absolutely wanted. Cynthia searched over 500 miles to look for a vehicle we wanted and Greg walked the lot (I swear about 10xs) bringing up tons and tons of different vehicles. Even if we didn't even ask him to. We really wanted to see what a brown interior looked like. He was determined to find one, and wala...he did! We hated it! LOL, but he didn't stop there. He was determined. Finally found a black interior with white exterior and panaramic sunroof. Drove it up. Showed it to us. We loved it, but it was the sport model which we hated the drive. He walked to lot again. I LOVED how determined he was. He was such a blast to work with. So upbeat, funny, and willing to find something we absolutely loved. BC they didn't have absolutely what we wanted, both the dealership/manager (Tim and Chris) and I worked together so we both be happy. They worked out an amazing deal with me with a vehicle on their lot and I walked away a happy customer. Jason helped with financing. He was the one that ran my credit score, got me an amazing financing number, and went over all the paperwork with me. He made the process so easy, I felt like I didn't have to question any of his work. Most dealerships would say to finance with Hyundai, but this one didn't care as long as I got a great rate. Come here. You will not be dissappointed in the service you get. I honestly can say they care more about customers happiness than anything else. :-) I absolutely LOVE my new car and I've been showing it off to everyone. More
