Love the newly designed model and I've already noticed the difference in gas mileage and efficiency with the Hybrid engine. It was a pleasure to work with Chris Heimink, our sales rep. He's experienced and professional and kept me aware of when my vehicle would arrive. The whole sales process was so easy! DCH made everything go smoothly - we were in and out in 1.5 hours on the day we picked up the vehicle. Financing through HVFCU at the dealer was also a big plus! Exceptionally professional ! When I was at Toyota I was actually there to change my name because I had divorced and remarried . Everything was taken care of exceptionally well. I was also there to have my car’s regular service and inspection. I don’t know the name of the person that service my car but he did a wonderful job. The only thing I’m not happy about is the cost of the labor work done on my car. More
