Communication is very very subpar. You can't get anyone from the dealership on the phone when you call the dealership. Voice mail messages go unreturned, the only service writer that You can't get anyone from the dealership on the phone when you call the dealership. Voice mail messages go unreturned, the only service writer that seems to know what the heck is going on and cares is Chris. Jeff is useless, if you're not on his team or whatever they call it, he wants nothing to do with you unless you're there to get your vehicle and he has to hand you the keys. This isn't the first time I have written about this and the only reason I continue to come here, is because of the convenience to my residence and the mechanics that work on my vehicle. In my opinion, you need to fire everyone except for Chris and get him the help he needs and deserves. More

The folks are friendly and the lounge is comfortable with snacks available.
