My experience with Micheal John was great. The dealership in general was still like dealing with a dealership but there some aspect of it were more pleasant than usual. The only downside is when dealing with the people who figure trade value and their hardball stance on making reasonable trade in offers. More

For one they did not take out the down payment when they were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people to call me and never received one phone call back. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life buying a vehicle I will never go to you guys again, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!! More
