Daughter came in for thanksgiving was on the way to get it serviced ran into Chris Moldas and asked if we were interested in something newer. He had a newer escape come in with low miles, after talking wit it serviced ran into Chris Moldas and asked if we were interested in something newer. Well back from Florida for the holidays needed an oil change. Also parts department help with new wheels for my truck those guys worked their butts off finding everything. Richard Klaben and Christine Klaben worked with me personally to assist in a very difficult situation and I could not be more grateful for their honesty and guidance, My salesperson, Chris Moldas, spent all the time I needed to walk me through the application process and then make sure I got familiar with every part of my new vehicle, including connecting my phone to the vehicle and setting up the Ford app so I could use remote start and all the functions it offers.
