He made the car buying process from start to finish a breeze. He was very friendly, professional, answered all our questions, and was attentive to all our needs, including offering our family water and purchasing a snack for our hungry 5 year old during the lengthly paperwork process. The finance salesman, Karl, was incredible as well. He was very thorough and efficient going over all the paperwork. He was also very nice and accommodating to our family. My two kids were very excited when he offered them a playroom to play in while we finished up the paperwork. I can’t rave enough about this dealership and their staff.
