I was impressed with the service dept. I took my jeep in for an oil change and they had me in and out in no time. The service rep was polite and professional. Terrible service, no one knows how to let you know anything that’s going on with your car. Never answer the phone, goes straight to voicemail. Communication from this dealership is non existent and getting someone to help with a status update is next impossible, just get put on hold or told that the service provider will reach out, which they do getting someone to help with a status update is next impossible, just get put on hold or told that the service provider will reach out, which they do not. They also don't really tell you what they are doing to your vehicle until it's already been done. They've had my vehicle for 2 weeks now with no update from them. More
