Service to get car fixed was great. That beings said, my car was delivered back to me completely covered in brown dirt and grime. I didn't have time to let them take it and go throu That beings said, my car was delivered back to me completely covered in brown dirt and grime. I didn't have time to let them take it and go through the process again. It didn't show up to the shop looking anything remotely close to that. Seems very lazy and unprofessional for them to deliver the car back without at least attempting to clean it. Thank you! More

By far the worst service of my life! ! I bought a 2018 ford fusion almost 2 years ago. Less than a year in my transmission went out, cool no problem I got the extended warranty. The servi ! I bought a 2018 ford fusion almost 2 years ago. Less than a year in my transmission went out, cool no problem I got the extended warranty. The service took a long time to fix it but other than that the first time was fine. Almost a year after that our engine went out. Luckily my husband is a mechanic so he has knowledge when it comes to these things. We took it in because when I you buy the warranty through them you have to go to them!! Christian was the person helping us and after a few days to a week of them diagnosing it they automatically tell us it’s the spark plugs when we know it’s not because it has been replaced and they had already ran tests at my husbands shop realizing it was a cylinder 2 misfire. So with me trying to explain this to him I guess Christian assumes I’m dumb and doesn’t know what I’m talking about since he had the audacity to tell me “Stop talking and listen to what I’m saying” excuse me? I’ve been in management for years and I would never fix my mouth to talk to a customer that way but this was just the start!! We’re already weeks in of them having to break down the engine for the warranty company and getting them to cover the work that needed to be done. Well Christian is the one who is supposed to go back and forth with the warranty company to get them to fix it and I can tell you he could have gave a xxxx less. I’m the one who had to call the warranty company myself and light a fire in them to which we got a call the next morning that it would be covered we just needed to pay a small portion. Okay cool! Well then we’re almost two months in and never received a loaner vehicle mind out even though Christian kept saying oh yall are next for a vehicle!!! I get told oh hey it will be ready on Wednesday and then I get a call Wednesday hey it will be done Friday, the mechanic tried using old hoses or gaskets or something thinking it would transfer to the new engine so now we need to order the new parts… um so your telling me on a $10,000 job your trying to use old stuff and take a short cut and cut costs?? Interesting!!! Then it’s still not done Friday and I don’t even get a call from him, I call him multiple times and no answer. Then we get a call on MONDAY that it’s finally ready. We go to pick up the car and the he decides to tell me oh btw the battery is dead so we will jump it for you so you can drive it. Um it wasn’t dead when I brought it in here, so he tells me oh yeah it’s because we had it unplugged for two months!!! Then why the xxxx did you not plug it back in if you knew that was going to happen? So I take my loss and buy a battery. Not even two weeks later the car completely shuts off on us… we get it towed back up to the dealership and he tells me it’s the shifter cable, and unrelated to the job they did.. here he goes thinking I’m stupid again. When yall dropped the engine yall definitely broke it let’s be real. Nothing was wrong with it prior!! He tried to argue with me on the phone and then states just to keep the peace instead of me charging you $945 you just pay $104 for the park and I will drop the $840 in labor!!!! If yall didn’t try to take short cuts before with using old parts or ruining my battery then maybe I could believe yall didn’t break the part but I know you did because these people are careless. We paid the $104 just to let this be over with but I should not have paid a dime to these people. He also had the audacity to tell me I could not come back there to get my car fixed again moving forward. Even though my warranty forces me to go there!! This employee right here will be why yall loose a lot of money. Not only did I have to chase him to get updates, my husband had to do random pop ups at the Dealership to get answers!! Terrible attitude and horrible resolution skills!! Never again will I be a customer of any kind! More
