Everytime I take my car to this Service Department they make sure I get excellent care. The service manager was great. Very belevolent and worried about customer service. However when I first got there I wasn’t sure where to go or where to bring my car and everyone at Very belevolent and worried about customer service. However when I first got there I wasn’t sure where to go or where to bring my car and everyone at the desks wouldn’t ask what I needed and walked by me. I was there for around 8 minutes at the desk in front of the employees. Not a big deal at all I wasn’t in a rush and I udnwrstand the shortage and the amount of work they gotta do.
