Debbie answered the call with the kindest voice, and answered all my questions as well as set up an appointment with Morgan for that evening. Within a couple of min I recieved an exciting txt from Morgan, who knew all of my information and what I was looking to test-drive. Getting their at Koons, and finally meeting Morgan, she greeted us like we have been friends for years. Her personality and characteristics were beyond a 5 star rating. After our test drive, we of course wanted to purchase the truck. Even though it was close to their closing time, Morgan, Christian and Debbie stayed to finalize our paperwork. During the paperwork process there was a period of time waiting on the bank to approve the loan. Which during that time is why I said "from a dealership to a life long friendship", the 3 of us talked about life, jobs, vacations, showed pictures and lauphed at stories ... that to me was THE BEST part of our experience . Not only did we purchased a truck that we've been looking for for 3 months, but also became life long friends with Morgan, Christian and the Koons staff. They went above and beyond there call of duty and not once did ANY of us look at the time. I hope that this BOOK of a review helps to lets others know that the staff at Koons are a Team of Professionals and not only with Sales but with Heart as well. 1st that is a rare find. And 2nd that is why my wife and I have told all of our family and friends "if your looking to get a new/used vehicle, GO see our friends Morgan & Christian at KOONS in White Marsh, you won't be disappointed!!!"
