Another smooth purchase! I purchased my 2017 Focus back in March, so Klaben was the go to place when my son's vehicle was on its last leg. This was the first purchase for my son, no hand me down this time. It was so easy! We went with a used car. Tyler was fast to reply (even answered one of my emails on Christmas Day! Say whaaaat?) We found a 2014 Focus with only 14k miles and certified pre-owned. What a reassuring check list they cover. They took his old Taurus (saved us from worrying about how to get rid of it), transferred his plates right over (he just got them in November, so that was a relief) and off he went! I cannot say enough about how nice it is to work with Klaben. I wish I could upload the picture I took of him afterwards. Priceless! Oh, and a special pleasure for me during the visit - I got to see the Klaben doggies! Such a welcoming atmosphere. I love this place - thank you Klaben! More

1st Class Operation I walked into the dealership and Nate Bryant took me under his wing, not the over baring suffication routine you get , but just like meeting a new fri I walked into the dealership and Nate Bryant took me under his wing, not the over baring suffication routine you get , but just like meeting a new friend. I told him I was interested in the MKX and what all I was looking for in it and the dealership. 15 mins later the MKX I discribe to him was at the door ready for a test drive. Vehicles today are just like smart phones, with more options, apps and toys, that you just can't learn on your own, no problem. Nate spent about and hour going through the list, then repeated some over. The test drive showed the quality of Lincoln vehicles and Nate was still showing me all what the MKX can do. I was sold. Now comes the fun part, finacing, this was the 1st time I leased a car and really didn't know that much, Nate explain some of the options, but Christine Klaben did the rest, making it the smoothest transaction ever. Going over and clearly explaining all the options, I understood everything and know i had nothing to worry about. Nate took me to my new SUV and guess what, he spent another hour with me going over everything and demostrating the parking features. This is one 1st Class Operation! More

I was hesitant in leasing a vehicle because I am a college student, so I waited until my car stopped working completely to pursue a new car. I came into Klaben because I have dealt with them in the past and the experience then was great. I worked with Mr. Roscoe Woodberry II who was patient with understanding what I needed in a vehicle. He made the experience excellent by bringing a calm to my nervousness. Roscoe also uncovered a student discount for my lease which I never knew existed which made my payment attainable and lower than expected. The overall service also brought me to great sense comfort to the point where I found myself in the middle of a summit over pizza with additional staff members Chris Moldas and Dave Mott, and an engaging chat with Tim Casto. The team is committed to delivering exceptional service, made my decision an easy one. I am grateful I decided to go back to their dealership. I will do business again in the future.
