I bought my 2016 Subaru WRX from a different dealership. When my check engine light went on, I automatically brought it there to get fixed. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and "couldn't figure out what w When my check engine light went on, I automatically brought it there to get fixed. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and "couldn't figure out what was wrong". FINALLY they "figured it out", replaced the part they reported was defective, and I got my car back. Two days later, my car was having the same issues and the check engine light came on AGAIN. You can imagine my annoyance. At this point, I took my business to Exeter Subaru, and I will NEVER go anywhere else! They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part in LESS than 24 hours, and I had my car back in less than 48. It's running better than before, has more power, and I feel safe driving it again! The Jesse and Christine from their service department kept in constant contact about the steps they were taking to repair my car which was incredibly helpful! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership after this incredible experience! More

Superb Service Department Service departments have a great deal to do with my decision as to where to purchase a car. We try to keep our cars at least ten years. Subaru makes t Service departments have a great deal to do with my decision as to where to purchase a car. We try to keep our cars at least ten years. Subaru makes this easy. Christine and Lisa were part of my latest service visit. No hassles. No issues. Paperwork for the visit was already in the system. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The coffee and snacks were excellent. I had plenty of room to spread my work out while the car was serviced along with a fast internet connection. They washed the car before returning it to me. All in all, a typical visit. Thanks! More

Why I love the folks at Exeter Subaru I first came to Exeter Subaru with my good friend Steve who has purchased several vehicles from this dealership through Jim Laflamme. I was impressed I first came to Exeter Subaru with my good friend Steve who has purchased several vehicles from this dealership through Jim Laflamme. I was impressed with Jim and with everyone with whom I came in contact. This time I had a recall appointment. As a resident of Danvers, Mass., I obviously have dealerships closer to my home however having experienced the friendlinessof the people and excellence of the service, I chose to return to Exeter Subaru. People like Christine Smallcomb, Lisa Ferrari, and Hannah Fowler from this visit and also the folks who helped me in the past, all feel like family. This is my first experience with a Subaru. I've had Volvos, a Saab and Fords. My last car was an Audi but from what I had been hearing from friends and even strangers, Subaru seemed the way to go. And, because of my friend Steve, I discovered Exeter Subaru. Obviously, I'm happy or I wouldn't be driving all the way from Danvers for service. More

No charge for service rendered I went to Exeter Subaru for an oil change, I thought I needed, made an appointment went and told them exactly why I thought I needed one, plus my husb I went to Exeter Subaru for an oil change, I thought I needed, made an appointment went and told them exactly why I thought I needed one, plus my husband also told Lisa a few things (which was a lot) that he wanted to check out.You need to know first of all I hate to drive,so my husband calls me Driving Ms Nancy, so to eliminate any anxiety I have on driving the car,he wanted to make sure I heard them say everything was ok.They had the car for approximately 3 hours everything was checked out OK I went to give my credit card, and there was no charge.not even a service charge for checking it out, took me back to yesteryear when people just helped people for the sake of helping not for the money they can make. I was one happy Subaru customer, that day which is one of the many days that I have left there smiling. Thanks again Lisa, Kyle, Justin Christine and whoever else I have dealt with that puts a smile on my face😁😀😁 More

New car I have bought 12 or 13 Subaru’s from this dealership. My latest Subaru the engine failed so Ann and Dan and Christine let me have a loaner car while I have bought 12 or 13 Subaru’s from this dealership. My latest Subaru the engine failed so Ann and Dan and Christine let me have a loaner car while I negotiated to buy a new car from the same Subaru dealership. Letting me have a loaner car was exemplary service because I would not of been able to work without transportation and as a loyal customer I felt they tried their best to take care of me and make the transition as seamless as possible. My family currently owns four Subarus, I would not put my children in any other Vehicle More
