We went back to Toyota to look into getting another lease. There is a shortage of cars right now, so Jim "Bones" Donahue showed us a 2021 Camry SE. We came home with it!! Just bought my fourth consecutive car at Lou Fusz. They are the best. They make it so easy and you don't have to play any games. After I test drove they sent me an email. I told them exactly what was o are the best. They make it so easy and you don't have to play any games. After I test drove they sent me an email. I told them exactly what was on my "must list" they located a few choices and sent me the cost breakdown. When I came back there was no bait and switch and they stuck to the numbers they had quoted (no hidden costs at all - zero). James Donohue and Chuck Church were fantastic to work with and Tony Castiglioni ran me through all the new tech features in the car like a seasoned pro - really new his stuff and could answer any question I threw at him.! All three of them couldn't have been more patient, honest and pleasant to work with. Kuddos to Lou Fusz - I will be back again. More
