Jason is very knowledgeable, experienced and went the extra mile to explain the operation of the car. There was no pressure to buy. He introduced us to our service rep and gave us a fair price. He was always available by phone and answered all our questions. The next time we buy a car we will call Jason at Audi Naples. The other employees are friendly and there is an overall positive attitude in the dealership. These cars are advanced in technology. An offer we could not walk away from I walked into the dealership only wanting to test drive an Audi. I had done my homework, and decided to test drive 3 cars each one from a different de I walked into the dealership only wanting to test drive an Audi. I had done my homework, and decided to test drive 3 cars each one from a different dealership. I expected to make a choice after completing my test drives and comparing my experience driving all 3 cars. Audi was the second dealership I walked into. I had planned to test drive an Audi that day, and the following day I would visit the 3rd dealership. That was my plan, but it didn't work out that way. I had driven my current car to the Audi dealership from the grocery store. I had bags of groceries in my trunk. My husband was with me and did not bring his checkbook. After all, we were only going to test drive an Audi, then get home to put the groceries away. Long story short, Colin, our excellent sales agent, made us an offer we simply could not refuse. Colin figured out what I wanted, and he delivered big time!! He gave us top dollar on our trade-in, and graciously transferred the groceries to the trunk of my new car. I bought a GORGEOUS Audi Premium 4 in the exact color I wanted. Audi allowed us to make a large down payment on our credit card, with the understanding we would bring in a check to cover the rest. We also needed to retrieve the title on our trade-in car. Keith, the finance manager, was wonderful handling all the financial work. Chuck, gave us an outstanding tutorial on all the technology, and how things worked in the car. Chuck will soon make a house call to set up the garage door system in the car, and go over anything I need a refresher on. All in all the whole experience was above and beyond my highest expectations!! GREAT GREAT WORK, GUYS!! More
