Chuck Dziak is the I usually don’t write reviews online; but in this case, the service was so above and beyond expectations that I felt I must share. Chuck Dziak is the Service Manager at Gerald Subaru of Naperville. I was having oil consumption issues and had been trying to get it taken care of all over the Midwest, as I constantly travel for work. I was getting discouraged until I talked with Chuck. He was extremely knowledgeable about the situation and the steps that needed to be taken to correct the issue. However, what I have been most impressed with is his willingness to work with me through the challenges of my work schedule. The problem solving and hard work that he put in to correct the issues has been the perfect example of impeccable customer service. I highly suggest this location to anyone in the Chicago area looking to either purchase or service a Subaru. It is absolutely worth a longer commute based on the service you get. More
