He began by showing us some models that were pretty close and could very well have fit the bill but a few additional remarks by us led him to show us a car that we weren't really expecting and it fit us perfectly. We didn't buy that day as I told Chuck that I always sleep on a decision like this. We came back 3 days later having shopped at another dealer. We asked to see Chuck and had some questions for him. He answered them effectively, got help when he needed it and we negotiated a deal. Chuck was a joy to do business with and I would recommend anyone to stop and see him if they are in the market for a new or used car. Shout out to Nick in Finance as well.
