Lisa Scogin did an outstanding job of explaining the features of the NX models and showing us purchase and lease options. After finding our preferred options were available on a lot vehicle she tried t features of the NX models and showing us purchase and lease options. After finding our preferred options were available on a lot vehicle she tried to accommodate our request to hold the vehicle for more than one day so we could decide if we wanted to trade in our 2015 RX. While we were there our daughter from.North Carolina called not knowing we were looking at purchasing a new car. At that time she told us she might want our RX but needed to discuss with her husband and daughter first. Apparently the Northside policy is to only allow a one day hold prior to setting up closing on an available vehicle. Being a 22 year and 7 vehicle customer of NS Lexus I thought I could get a few days hold on a car that I committed to purchase with or without a trade in. I was disappointed but ended up resolving the trade in issue and purchased the NX without the trade in within 24 hours. The effort to do this caused me and my wife a bit of stress to change our schedules and make appropriate arrangements with my bank, etc. Again, we didn’t come to the store expecting to purchase a car that fast. The purchase process with the finance consultant was fantastic. Quick and efficient. Much better than the last time I purchased an NS Lexus. More
