The Acura Columbus team was a phenomenal group to work with! This was my first car purchase, and Tony and Steve provided great customer service to make it as fun and smooth of a process as possible! I just took delivery of my fifth Acura from Acura of Columbus. This is my first time working with Treg and my expectations were exceeded on every level. Clay in the service department was very helpful and did a nice job with the video telling me about what the problem was with the car. Excellent all the time I leased a White Special Edition ILX. My current sales person is David MacDonald. David has been excellent with taking care of the details and makin I leased a White Special Edition ILX. My current sales person is David MacDonald. David has been excellent with taking care of the details and making sure that I, as a customer am happy with the service. When I schedule a service visit, and run into him at the dealership, he always ask if I am satisfied with the service, and seems to be aware of what the service department is working on. We've had a few issues, a recall, a broken seat trim that did not want to stay in place (several times), and the break handle cover boot getting a worn spot with only 15,000 miles. All these things are minor, but not desired on a new car. In all the concerns and maintenance service Clayton Prescott has been excellent with taking care of the details, as he knows I am meticulous about the car;s appearance and service. My first sales person was Adam Hannah, a wonderful friendly man who also took great detail to make sure I was a happy customer. His kindness won us over immediately. Due to the personal care, service, and followup I went back to the dealership to Dave MacDonald with my son and leased an all black ILX. Dave was meticulous in making sure the car was the right fit, the lease was in our budget and most importantly that we comfortable with the car and our expectations. When the car came in from another dealership I believe Ed Chandler did the detailing prior to our taking possession of the car. We as a family are very happy with Dave MacDonald, Acura Columbus and all the service team members. Thank you, John More

My starter gave out 24 hours after my routine service I took my car in last Wed for routine service and a "rattle". The service and exhaust pipe/catalytic converter fix took car of routine matters and t I took my car in last Wed for routine service and a "rattle". The service and exhaust pipe/catalytic converter fix took car of routine matters and the rattle but it took two days. The very next day after $1500 and 48 hours of having my car in the shop my car would not start. The starter failed and I had to have the car towed from Ohio State up to Dubline for $125 since Triple A had no tow trucks for two hours. I replaced the starter for $1000. My car was at Acura until the next Wed. It is hard fo rme to understand how the starter gave out right after the car getting serviced. Clayton was very helpful in all of this. My car is an old 2006 TL. I get it - stuff will break but it only has 100,000 soft miles on it More
