I was in the waiting area the whole time I set up the B123 service for my car and when I made the appointment I told them I would be waiting. When I checked in with one of the service women, I set up the B123 service for my car and when I made the appointment I told them I would be waiting. When I checked in with one of the service women, I confirmed I would be waiting. She gave me a sheet of paper with time estimates and the wireless password. I was supposed to have an update at 9:30. I was working and at 10 had no update. I asked another service person who came out to update another customer. My service person came out and said he was told I left and needed a call. He said he called me. I had not received a call. Turned out he called my husband who was in a meeting. We have corrected the phone number every single time we have gone in for service. Every single time they get it wrong. If I had not checked in, who knows how long I would have sat there. At least the wireless worked well. More

Professional Personnel. We had a problem with our new MDX that was difficult to solve, but Acura service kept working on it until the issue was resolved. Love my Acura's I've owned 4 Acura's & I've loved them all! They're sophisticated & complex, so I always buy extended warranties...thankfully! Warranty just replace I've owned 4 Acura's & I've loved them all! They're sophisticated & complex, so I always buy extended warranties...thankfully! Warranty just replaced transmissions in my 2011 MDX (113K miles) and 2017 MDX (30k miles). A little surprising, but they made it right. Thanks especially to Clayton. Great service and keeps you up to date. More

Great! When I purchased the car (pre-owned) 2 years ago I noticed a streak on driver’s side windshield. I mentioned this each time I brought it in for servi When I purchased the car (pre-owned) 2 years ago I noticed a streak on driver’s side windshield. I mentioned this each time I brought it in for service (Lindsay AND Acura Columbus) but was basically ignored and told new blades would fix the problem. It only got worse. In January I brought it in specifically for this issue after driving in sleet and getting a 2-3 inch frozen streak in my line of sight. Zach suggested that sometimes buffing the windshield worked....it didn’t. Finally, someone listened. Clay agreed with what I had thought all along....the problem was the arm! He ordered a new one but while installing it the windshield cracked. I haven’t had a chance to use the wipers but I’m optimistic that the problem is resolved. More
