We bought a 2024 Altima and the brakes are making a noise! They only do that at a certain speed so when we took it in it didn’t do it. Took It I. It sat there all day we stopped by to see if it was ready or any information on it about 3.00 this afternoon. They hadn’t even looked at it. It’s now 7:00pm and still sitting on their lot with out a word from them. Very poor customer service since the car is paid for! Go to a different dealer to buy a new car.. More
