Ferman Chevrolet went above & beyond. I had spent 2 hours at another dealer for them to say they couldn't complete the paperwork until the next day but Ferman was able to complete everyth I had spent 2 hours at another dealer for them to say they couldn't complete the paperwork until the next day but Ferman was able to complete everything within a few hours plus my salesman stayed after closing hours without making me feel rushed out the door!!! More

I went up there to get a truck and I took it to a mechanic after I bought it and there was 4000 dollar’s of stuff that needed to be done to the truck. I went back to the dealership to return the truc mechanic after I bought it and there was 4000 dollar’s of stuff that needed to be done to the truck. I went back to the dealership to return the truck and the manager name colon was using the F bomb on me telling I can’t return the truck. I’m not very happy with this experience at all. All they had to do is be very honest with me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car there. More
