I had new tires put on my car and I was there for 5 hours. I wish there would have been better communication from the person who handled my appt. That was a very long time to be there. It took them 2 hours for them to tell me the car was 9/10 of a quart low on oil , and I had a 1230 appointment. I will never buy another thing from family Hyundai or send anyone there. I sat there from 815 until 230 and no one was able to tell me what was wrong with my car even though I know it had something to do with the possible coils because there was not a code they could not figu tell me what was wrong with my car even though I know it had something to do with the possible coils because there was not a code they could not figure it out. The car is still acting the same as it was so until the engine light comes on, they could do nothing about my car. More
