To get the latest appointment (4:30) I have to wait 2 months just for an oil change. Then when I arrive they ask if I have an appointment because they are closed. I mentioned 2 other issues with my car. Supposedly the mechanic drove the car and did not hest anything. But I get a feeling they just took care of the pil change and recall due to the tome of the night. When I bought the car, I mentioned that I was not happy about the service hours and that they would not work with my work schedule. But I was told not to worry because they have loaners available. I have not been able to get a loaner for the last 2 years I've had my car.
