On June 16th Cornelius showed me a black Nissan Rogue. We went for a test drive.The dealership went to 6 banks my score was 686 it took way to long. .I wanted $319a mo I ended up at $387 instead .The m We went for a test drive.The dealership went to 6 banks my score was 686 it took way to long. .I wanted $319a mo I ended up at $387 instead .The manufactory warranty had one mo left before Expire .So i buy an extended warranty i wasn't too happy about that a month Later That was not my intention I paid$14,600 plates and $1400 pritzer tax Thanks governor . After the purchase I received a few letters saying I should take a counter offer from chase bank and Ford Currie motors The papers were already signed At $387.91 One good thing fifty third bank gave me 2extra weeks for the 2nd payment .I love the SUV but the dealer not so to cheap no warranty I checked the car fax its not a lemon I won't buy again they could of done better .$387 i pay instead of $319 a month. I heard Cornelius is leaving.He said selling one car a day I think because calling all the bank to get a loan takes to much time Needs improvement at that. A terrible finance dept too $319 out the window that sucks Don't buy here cheap dealer in Frankfort Buyer Gustave Wandland. 6 16 2023. More

Cornelius was absolutely amazing when I went in to get a new car! He made sure to give me the entire run down on the car I was potentially buying! My husband and I arrived with two young kids in tow and I’m clearly very pregnant. Once it became clear we were interested in making a purchase I suggested they evaluate our trade in while my husband test I’m clearly very pregnant. Once it became clear we were interested in making a purchase I suggested they evaluate our trade in while my husband test drove two different vehicles. Long story short we were there for HOURS. Never once was I offered a seat or even a drink of water. It took probably 2 hours before we got a number for the trade and then the back and forth started and while they ended up moving quite a bit on the new vehicle price and our trade they made no effort to accommodate the fact we had tired hungry children and a pregnant women who’d been on her feet the whole xxxx time in an attempt to keep the children quiet out of respect for the other customers. When we finally found where they parked our trade I left with the kids and my pour husband sat there for another 2.5/3-hours waiting for financing. We were in need of a vehicle but I was not happy giving Currie our business. The salesman mentioned the car had features it does not have and overall seemed to have an uninterested and unappreciative attitude regarding the sale he was making. We purchased our last vehicle there as well so to think that’s how they treat any family/customer or repeat customer is even more unfortunate. The thing is, had they been more accommodating and enthusiastic I know they could have gotten us into a nicer model, and sold us a more expensive/upgraded model, we were interested, have nearly perfect credit and have the money to spend but that’s on them. In addition, when they turned over the new vehicle they didn’t bother to wipe down the interior or anything. It was very dirty. More

Cornelius is so patient with the buyer and is so knowledgeable about the Ford brand. He truly listens to MY needs and NOT what he wants to sell. He is efficient with the paperwork and works hard to knowledgeable about the Ford brand. He truly listens to MY needs and NOT what he wants to sell.
