Had serious problem when I left Gateway with my brand new truck it stopped running and went into safe mode, had to limp back to Gateway at 2 mph. The found a installation booklet in the intake and air clea truck it stopped running and went into safe mode, had to limp back to Gateway at 2 mph. The found a installation booklet in the intake and air cleaner left there and sucked into the throttle. Not a good experience with that but the service guys resolved it with urgency. More

Jeremy was great as always. I have been buying cars at Gateway since 2001 and JJ and Corey Axvig have been the guys I can count on every time I need a vehicle or help with a service related issue. Having Gateway since 2001 and JJ and Corey Axvig have been the guys I can count on every time I need a vehicle or help with a service related issue. Having some employees that have been there for as long as those two have makes my decision where to go get a different vehicle an easy one. Now that my kids are at the age to start buying their own cars I would certainly have them experience their first time car buying alone with these two guys. Trusting that they will take care of my kids needs and point them in the right direction is priceless for me. I honestly hope the ownership reads these reviews and realizes how important having guys that are trusted by the customer base, (me) are. More
