My car had less then 18,000 miles on and needed a full breaks repair. Shouldn’t happen on a premium vehicle that’s a lease and going back in a few short months. On My recent service visit to Rallye BMW my service advisor Cosmo Laurino and service manager Chris Blanco worked diligently to resolve an issue with my vehicles wheels. Since it was a insurance issue I had expectations of a lengthy resolution but because of their hard work The vehicle is back on the road in a timely manner. Guys are super professional. Had a small issue of some damage after service paint got chipped. They were kind enough to have it paint and fixed at no charge. They even did it twice since the first paint j damage after service paint got chipped. They were kind enough to have it paint and fixed at no charge. They even did it twice since the first paint job was not 100%. Would high recommend. Please talk to Dennis. Great guy. More
