I went to Freeport bmw for wheel alignment , ,they tried 3 times but car was still dragging to the left they didn’t understand why so they re calibrated steering but no difference rallye corrected it first 3 times but car was still dragging to the left they didn’t understand why so they re calibrated steering but no difference rallye corrected it first time no problem in I was in and out ,thanks!!!!! Service has been on the decline since new rules were implemented. Not happy. I have been a long standing customer with several leases - not sure if I will return at the end of my lease. Service is excellent however the loaner vehicles should be given to clients with a full tank of fuel. I was given 1/4 fuel and had to get off the highway due to congested traffic and had to refuel beca be given to clients with a full tank of fuel.
