Since 2007 I have come to this location for ALL my oil changes and services. Nothing really “special” about this location for me to refer anyone here. This past experience the agent was not pleasant. Not changes and services. Nothing really “special” about this location for me to refer anyone here. This past experience the agent was not pleasant. Not rude but just seemed down. I noticed my vehicle service was completed and parked and I watched him for about 20minutes before he finally sent me the message to see him to pick up my keys. To which he gave the paper work to someone else because he was on what seemed to be a personal call. Never acknowledging me or saying thank you or anything. I don’t need to refer anyone here. More

We bought our Highlander 22 brand new from this dealership. We added an extended warranty for any repairs, my trunk door was having issues closing and opening, if we use the warranty we shouldn’t h dealership. We added an extended warranty for any repairs, my trunk door was having issues closing and opening, if we use the warranty we shouldn’t have been charged, but we paid 100 and some change to get it fix. I called to inquire about the warranty and I got transferred multiple times to the finance department that never answered.And the lady who answered the phone “took “ my message and hung up on me while I was still talking. I used to love the service of this dealership…I don’t know what is going on but it changed drastically. Costas over the phone was really nice with me, but in person with my husband he was not. More

The vehicle check in process is random, unorganized and not very professional. I have never seen so many service personnel just sitting around and not reaching out to help when customers pull in. Some will not very professional. I have never seen so many service personnel just sitting around and not reaching out to help when customers pull in. Some will say stay by the vehicle and someone will be with you but the porters ask for the keys so that the vehicle can be moved. This has got to be the worst that I have seen. I stopped buying Ford products because they have a lousy service department and was totally surprised to see a quality brand as Toyota with such chaos and some many uncaring and unprofessional staff. Please do better. It starts at the top so if management isn’t setting the tone then the employees will follow. Just unbelievable and totally unacceptable More
