My Mini Countryman was towed in and I found out I needed a new engine, Matthew worked with me and my insurance to get it fixed, he kept me updated and even helped me get into loaner which was a life saver. a new engine, Matthew worked with me and my insurance to get it fixed, he kept me updated and even helped me get into loaner which was a life saver. I was sent a 15 percent off service email. Took my car in and was told it didn’t count except on the gas cap I bought. Very misleading email.
