The only reason why this is NOT a 5 star review is because I was able to select a waiting appointment for at least diagnostics but was told it'd be a 24 to 48 hour wait for even that. I know it's busy because I was able to select a waiting appointment for at least diagnostics but was told it'd be a 24 to 48 hour wait for even that. I know it's busy and everyone is requesting a waiting appointment, but if it is going to be a wait maybe remove that option. Otherwise, the service coordinator I had (Courtney) was so patient and understanding when I called a few times to have her walk me through a few things and got my car done pretty quickly, given the work that was needed. I'd definitely go back! More

Both Koons Chevrolet & Tom Howard, my service writer/liason, have performed admirably in providing professional proficiency insofar as the work being done, amicable & patient audience in listenin writer/liason, have performed admirably in providing professional proficiency insofar as the work being done, amicable & patient audience in listening to (& understanding) my concerns and accomodating my non-willingness as a person-to-person, Digital Dinosaur 🦕 by choice, keep-the-encroaching-technocracy-at-bay type of character --- by keeping me informed of the process & process along the way using phones & direct verbal discourse. They have helped with providing transport to & from nearby places for all day jobs instead of waiting on the premises, getting a "loaner" or rental car for longer than a day(s) jobs and dutifully kept me informed of any problems or reliefs that altered the ETA. Lastly, though the prices for parts & labor have risen alarmingly through the years, they have helped me prioritize which routes & options could be taken to lessen the blow, yet provide assured confidence in the drivability of the vehicle within the scope of my own parametric needs along the way. Note: by the term "they" I am referring primarily to the relationship with Tom as my liason with both the Corporate entity of Koons Chevrolet AND all of the mechanics, operators and staff involved.
