I was born in Redondo Beach, CA and moved to Colorado while in 6th grade. I lived next to the highest flat-top mountain in the United States with over 300 lakes. I moved back to California in the late 1980s and have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I could work anywhere, but because of the transparency in the way we, at Toyota of Lancaster, disclose everything up front, I would not consider working anywhere else. Honesty is the best policy.

They took almost $30000 as a down payment for 2023 Toyota Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted me to walk out with a Chevy with almost 100k miles on it. They’re a joke n desperate. Now I’m handling the situation with a lawyer.
