We bought a GLC 300, Beautiful midnight blue with saddle leather. While we were there we both seen a car pull in and it was for sale. It was Hot to say the least! It was a SL 550 with a convertible hard top, with 15K original miles on it. We went back the next day and bought it. 2 cars in 2 days from Andrew. I really liked how he sells, he makes you feel very good in your choices, decisions, and helped us thru every step. I can actually say this was our first time not feeling pressure from a salesperson. I will never shop here again! I attempted to buy a new GLA from Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Worst buying experience ever. This is my second attempt at buying a car from them. Fir I attempted to buy a new GLA from Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Worst buying experience ever. This is my second attempt at buying a car from them. First time was a couple years ago and I couldn't even get a salesperson to acknowledge me. That time I went to Motorwerks in Hoffman Estates and we drove away in a car in less than an hour. In our most recent visit, we were once again treated like our business didn't matter. We were treated rudely and without regard. We left there, proceeded to MW of Barrington and bought a car there without the drama. I absolutely recommend that you stay away from this dealership. There are plenty other places to shop where the staff will treat you as a valued customer. Even though this dealership is just a couple miles from my house, I won't even stop there for an oil change. More

Buyer beware! I purchased a car from this dealer that I thought was CPO inspected. I am convinced it was not and recently found other complaints very similar. I spoke to two managers but neither would fix a defect that was discovered within the first 25 miles. Before you buy CPO Google this article: "when your certified-pre-owned-car-defective".
