I went here not quite sure what I was looking for. I ended up being helped by Rich. He came over and asked what I was looking for. I gave him a brief idea of what I wanted, and came back with a car that ended up being helped by Rich. He came over and asked what I was looking for. I gave him a brief idea of what I wanted, and came back with a car that was PERFECT for me (Nisson Rogue). Without putting on any acts or trying hard to tell it, he FIRST let me test drive so I wasn’t wasting my time if I didn’t like the feel. After, I went to other dealers because I was still looking around. I went back to Nisson again during a test drive and called Rich ahead of time and he came out with the car again so I could see the Nisson and the other car together. The last time I went back, I bought the Nisson and couldn’t be happier! Rich was so patient when my parents were arguing like they do, he could make both my mom and my dad happy at the same time which wasn’t easy, and he got friendlier and friendlier the more time we spent with him. It was truly a pleasant experience and I am so grateful for his help, I couldn’t have gotten the right car without him! More

Eric contacted me with the details of picking up the truck, I arrived at 9 AM and was offered something to drink. by 9:15 we were doing the paperwork, discussed an extended warranty, (which I took), and went over the truck. I was on my way by 10:15 for my 2 hour ride home. I will be telling anyone I know that is looking for a Nissan or used car to make the trip, it`s well worth it. More
