First time service since I purchased my brand new Altima. Scheduled online for the following Monday for inspection and a recall. Additionally they were able to do an emissions test without notice. They offer Scheduled online for the following Monday for inspection and a recall. Additionally they were able to do an emissions test without notice. They offered to change oil and rotate tires as it had been less than 5,000 miles but greater than 6 Months. Excellent customer service. Thank you More

Best and easiest sale I’ve ever dealt with over purchase .From time we walked in (which was right at closing) to time we left all personnel were pleasant . Never felt pressured to buy. After almost 20 years of reliable, friendly service and maintenance from Jon Miller and his fantastic crew at Kelly Nissan, it was no surprise to us that we were equally treated with respect and care by the sales team as well. We walked away with a no-hassle, honest (and nicely priced) deal on a new vehicle by day's end. They even took care of returning our car rental too. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for fair treatment and great service. More
