Had a 7:45AM APPOINTMENT for 3 simple but important things that should have only taken a few hours. I got a message at 4:15PM identifying other things that I might want to have done. After some back an things that should have only taken a few hours. I got a message at 4:15PM identifying other things that I might want to have done. After some back and forth, was told that work had not even started on the 3 simple things FOR WHICH I MADE MY APPOINTMENT!!! I work for FEDEX and planned the APPOINTMENT for my day off so I could get the car back. Because your team FAILED to honor my APPOINTMENT, I couldn't get my car back until the third day. That cost me a lot of money. More

Unfortunately, what I thought was a quik fix turned into a Tues thru Friday appt. Two employees called in sick the day scheduled , next a part was unavailable , then it was discovered a different part neede a Tues thru Friday appt. Two employees called in sick the day scheduled , next a part was unavailable , then it was discovered a different part needed to be overnighted from another state . I had hoped a loaner would be offered and I asked but nothing was available . So I needed to cancel several appointments and have various people on call to transport me to Lake Ford to retrieve my vehicle . It seems like I was just unlucky , however my car is now fixed. More
