This dealership probably like other dodge dealers is nothing but a scam. I made an appointment for my wife to get the vehicle worked on. When she was checking in they told her it would be three days bef nothing but a scam. I made an appointment for my wife to get the vehicle worked on. When she was checking in they told her it would be three days before they could get to it. I had not been told that or I wouldn’t have made the appointment. Why let the vehicle sit there for 3 days. It took me calling a manger to get the vehicle looked at the day were bright it in. When we did bring it in They tried to get us to trade the car in by sending our phone number to call center that is still calling us even though we told them to stop. I do not recommend this dealer or their service department. They even denied having knowledge this program of calling service customers and TELLING THEM THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT and even lying and saying we set up the appointment. One word-dishonest! More
