This was the worst experience ever. The Jeep sat under a tree for 8 days. No return calls or contact from the service advisor. My husband contacted John administration I think , he contacted Craig who got t tree for 8 days. No return calls or contact from the service advisor. My husband contacted John administration I think , he contacted Craig who got things in motion. Just horrific. I dont have enough space to fully provide you with details horrible service. Jeep was filthy upon pick up n no gas yes empty with flashing warning lights regarding gas.it cost me 25$ deluxe to get the Jeep clean. More

Una de las peores experiencias, el servicio fue realmente pésimo, el trato como cliente fue de lo peor, el vehículo de alquiler que me dio el at smith estaba sucio y sin gasolina, mi vehículo duro casi un me pésimo, el trato como cliente fue de lo peor, el vehículo de alquiler que me dio el at smith estaba sucio y sin gasolina, mi vehículo duro casi un mes en las instalaciones, me botaron el seguro de deal ojear las ruedas, perdí un viaje que tenía planificado por culpa de la ineptitud del personal, , todo esto sin tener en cuenta el montón de problemas que me a dado el vehículo que compre en la jeep, de hecho le doy una estrella porque es la mínima puntuación permitida pero si me lo preguntan a nivel personal no se la merecen. My Challenger was towed in at 10 AM Fri and Chris (service advisor) advised he will know more in a few hours. (I’m out of town on vacation). I sent a text 4 hours later and Chris states he was havi (service advisor) advised he will know more in a few hours. (I’m out of town on vacation). I sent a text 4 hours later and Chris states he was having it looked at right then. After not hearing anything at all from him. I called at 5:30 for an update and I was told that Chris was gone so they got me to Eli. Eli said he would have me an update 1st thing in the morning and asked that I book another days stay at the vacation house during spring break (nothing available). After I have to check out I Uber to the dealership around 11 AM and talked to Craig who found out what was wrong (fuel injector replacement and a tune up) and promised to get me out in 3 hours. Craig was a man of his word and I was on the road headed home. This could/should have been completed the same day and I could have followed my family home but I had to stay an extra night to deal with this. Craig was great everyone else not so much. More
