Ian is wonderful sales associate! I came in Monday morning, right after opening, in freezing temps. He greeted me without being pushy and listened to what I wanted. I was looking for a SUV or medium sized pickup for my almost 16 year old son. I gave Ian my budget and what I was looking for. After just a few minutes, I was called away to another dealership my wife was at. While my wife was discussing numbers with this other dealership, Ian texted me a link to a Hyundai Santa Fe that he found on his lot. Long story short, we came back to TOC later that day and purchased the Santa Fe he had found for us. Ian understood the assignment and came through for us. He is very personable and friendly, and when I am ready to purchase a pickup for myself in the near future, I will contact him for assistance. More

The character & integrity of the General Manager, Monte' Burney, drove our initial interest in Toyota oF Cleveland. Upon arrival in search of a new vehicle the atmosphere alone spoke for itself. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the complete Toyota vehicle line. He advised us on the Lease vs Purchase Options as well. Once we found a vehicle and negotiated a deal with Nathan and Justin Chretien, we drove home in our new vehicle. Chrystal was also very helpful and informative regarding all issues pertaining to the Lease, warranty and service options. These key professionals made our new vehicle decision very quick and easy. This dealership truly operates in excellence in every way. We also received a message this morning checking in on us and if we were loving our new Highlander Hybrid. Very thoughtful on Nathan's part.
