I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. This dealership and it's wonderful employees were so easy to work with. Our sales person, Estevan Rosas was focused on us getting what we really wanted. Recently my wife and I purchased a 2024 Ascent and traded in a 2021 Outback. The entire purchasing process was exemplary, starting with our salesman Mike Habib. Traci Robert’s handled the paperwork and we were all fast friends, paperwork was a breeze. We came back after purchase for protectant application and Mike caught us and we had a great conversation. Happy with the vehicle but the service was poor. We bought a used Subaru and they scratched the vehicle significantly while it was being detailed. When pointing this out they first denied it and then said they would mail touch up paint. When the paint never arrived, we called back over a month later and had to request a second time. Never once did they apologize for scratching the vehicle, no responsibility was ever taken. They also forgot to send the title and never apologized. Our family has purchased 5 Subarus (two new and three used) over the past 14 years....I will not go back. Acknowledging a mistake would have gone a long way. More
