I had heard a lot of horror stories about car dealerships and sales being really pushy but Steve and everyone at Tucson Subaru was honest and so incredibly helpful. All of my questions were promptly answered and when it came time to sign Steve made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. I couldnt have asked for a better first car buying experience! No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Exceptional customer service only. He was very thorough and explained us everything about the car (showed us CarFax as well). He also showed us invoice of work they were planning to put in the car before selling it. They put all the work in the car and had us test drive it before we bought it. Needless to say the car was in outstanding condition. Trent went extra mile to get us the vehicle at the price we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership. Just ask for Trent "The Car Guy" and you will be all set! More
