We came into the dealership knowing exactly what car we wanted, and luckily it had just arrived, got cleaned up and prepared;, and we drove off happy customers. Our concierge, Malachi, was excellent as well. Answered all our questions. We're only giving Price a "good" rating because of course, doesn't everyone want to pay $5000 less than the sticker price? More

Steve was very helpful with the fiance portion and made sure I was completely satisfied with the paperwork. From the time I first started looking online to the final purchase, Mark Miller Subaru in Midtown was there when I had questions, kept me updated on information regarding the 2019 options and yet was never one of those obnoxious businesses that frequently 'spam' your email inbox. When I made my final purchase decision both Sarah and Curtis were right there when I needed them, right up to my final drive out the lot moment! As an added bonus, a $250 donation was made to the charity of my choice!! I can't think of a single reason why anyone would purchase a Subaru from any other dealership. Great job, Mark Miller Midtown! More

I won a 3 year lease on a 2018 Crosstrek through the annual "Do Good Feel Good" event that Mark Miller sponsors. Although the Crosstrek is a great car, I have always had a dream of getting a WRX/STI. The staff were willing to work with me and help me in making my dream come true. I was able to drive my dream car off the lot with full confidence that if anything went wrong, the staff at the dealership would have my back. Would highly recommend! More
