Still recommend the dealer, but three stars because I had an average experience. Good things first: Sales was professional and knowledgeable. Financing process was seamless. Service department was helpful an an average experience. Good things first: Sales was professional and knowledgeable. Financing process was seamless. Service department was helpful and professional. Management has been responsive and communicative and has remedied (and is remedying) the issues. So these are all very encouraging that my experience was a one-off. Three stars because I’m disappointed in the condition of my certified used car and the required 2 trips to Service within the first two weeks. To summarize, the detailing job was sub-par, with dirt and dust throughout the interior (though the carpets were vacuumed and the dashboard wiped). Even though it passed the certified car inspection, the tailgate latch did not work properly (first trip to Service - fixed) and upon my own inspection, the engine air filter was filthy (second trip to Service - to be replaced). As stated, Management has been responsive, so I’m just disappointed in the attention to detail. More
