Easy, No Hassle Jo Micoletti was patient as it took me a few weeks to work things out my back issues.. He did not rush me on my decision. He asked questions to exp Jo Micoletti was patient as it took me a few weeks to work things out my back issues.. He did not rush me on my decision. He asked questions to explore what was preventing me from buying the car and he was willing to listen to them. Jo truly tried to address those concerns. In addition, Jo did what he could to work with me. I had a trade in that was quoted higher from another car business. Subaru was willing to make the appropriate adjustments in the pricing of the car matching my other trade in quote. Jo spent time educating me on how to use the different functions in the car. He got other staff members to assist me in handling the electronics of the car. The final Fun factor, before I drove off the lot in my new Subaru, involved Jo bringing me a dozen red roses. How awesome was that!! Very Celebratory!!! Thank you for your support and help through this process. More
