Fair price and great customer service! It is difficult to find honest salesmen who follow through and don’t push you into a sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Shields because of It is difficult to find honest salesmen who follow through and don’t push you into a sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Shields because of this. Now I even have my family coming over to Rantoul Shields just because of the Ford brand and the customer service. Mark Keyes is second to none when it comes to follow through and listening to the needs / wants of the customer. I came back to Shields after totaling my car. Teresa from the business office helped me with gap insurance claim process. This was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you all at Shields!!! More
