Took my ‘09 Mini in for a diagnostic service this past week. Total recommended repairs were more than car’s value. We drove over an hour and a half to this dealership to look at a certain car, a salesman pulled it around from the back for us to look at, and while we were looking at it he disappeared and started helpin look at a certain car, a salesman pulled it around from the back for us to look at, and while we were looking at it he disappeared and started helping another customer. After about 20 minutes we went inside and found another salesman to help us and while we were test driving it the original salesperson sold it to the other customer, but our salesman found another one similar to the one we were looking at that we ended up liking better. Always been hesitant about dealerships, but Ferman Mini/BMW are definitely different. The Mini os supposed to be a fun car to drive, so it makes perfect sense that the ‘buying’ should be simple and st Mini/BMW are definitely different.
