I went to Ferman with my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S to trade in, with a specific 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman S to purchase and only a two hour window to complete any sales transaction, otherwise I would have trade in, with a specific 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman S to purchase and only a two hour window to complete any sales transaction, otherwise I would have to walk away because I needed to be at work later that morning. I met with Dallas Crider and he assured me he could do it. I looked at the car, test drove it and loved it all, but for the obvious golf-ball size dent at the tip of the hood. Dallas assured he his dent guy could get this out along with another on the driver's side. Long story sort, Dallas was a motivated seller along with me being a motivated buyer which led to a trade-in value and sales price that met both of our expectations. Dallas went the extra mile to purchase me a Mini baseball cap for $20 since I asked about it on the way out, I came back a few days later to have the dent repaired and was extremely happy with the results, as I am with the professionalism of Dallas Crider and Ferman Mini! More
