That impression of mine was certified by Dan's commitment in securing my business and carried through Bob's accommodations from the lot to the service lane throughout the purchase process. I received expert guidance in the specifications and features of my used Mazda and follow up communications with inquiries for questions and concerns and had prompt and fair responses and resolutions. It is my deepest belief that such an above and beyond customer service should be the industry standard. More

Everyone from my salesman of Bob Miller to the managers of Heather and Dan and Finance I couldn’t speak any higher of the team at BMW of Crystal Lake. Everyone from my salesman of Bob Miller to the managers of Heather and Dan and Finance Manager of Rich Spears did everything possible to not only find an amazing deal for me but make the whole sales process extremely comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable. They gave me not only the best deal by far but the best experience. I have visited many BMW dealerships and I can tell you without question none of them even compare to BMW of Crystal Lake. If you are in the market for a new BMW trust me when I tell you to make a trip out to Crystal Lake. You won’t regret it. More

Disappointing I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, A I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, After the first visit we decided to bring our mechanic back to check out the vehicle, he had some concerns about a noise which he believed to be the transmission, after speaking with a manager they decided to have the service department look at it, which took a few days, we went back with full confidence they fixed the problem. The decided since the cost of fixing the problem they took the $250 credit off the Table. Wasnt to happy about that.This now are 3rd time driving the 2 hour round trip and of course the problem wasn’t resolved. So they asked us to come back they’d have the service manager look at it. A few days later they said They didn’t find any thing wrong so we go back got a 4th time ready to sign the papers. Before we had a chance to check the vehicle they started filling out the paper work. As if we already bought it. I put a stop to it and asked to test drive it, sure enough the noise is still there. They were going to inspect it one more time so again we left, at the time of the paper work knowing I might not take the vehicle they still ran my credit , which the GM told me they only run it thru 2-3 banks, well they ran it thru 7, knocking my score down almost 45 points. Well the moral of the story they called me the next day to tell me they’ve decide not to go any further after looking in to the vehicle They think it is a transmission problem and they were going to sell it at auction.. low n behold I look online today and they still have the Tahoe for sale, not only do they know they are selling a vehicle with a bad trans., they raised the price $500 this was over 3 weeks ago. So if your interested in the black 2013 Chevy Tahoe buyer Beware. I’ve already contacted the attorney general and am waiting for the forms to file a complaint. Shame on them for trying to sell a vehicle they know is a lemon More

World Class Sales Service Bob Miller at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake is a true passionate and very knowledgeable salesperson. Bob explained all mechanical and electronic components of a car in great details. I am sure he actually studied car manual. At the same time there was no pressure to make a purchase. After this visit we were shopping for Mazda CX-5 at several dealerships and none came close to professionalism we experienced at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake. On the second visit, we asked for specific exterior, interior and engine configuration and while they did not have such car available, they were able to locate exactly what we were looking for. Bob and the General Manager Dan Brzozowski were very willing to work with us on a price without pressure or hassle and we made a deal. Bob personally brought located car to his dealership and made sure everything was up to our specifications. On a day we were picking up a car he took time to explain how to use all the features in our new Mazda CX-5. It was pleasure to work with Bob Miller and the whole Team at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake. We highly recommend them. More
