We sincerely apologize for the oversight during your recent visit — you are absolutely right that your tires should have been rotated as part of your service, and we regret that this was initially missed. This was an honest mistake and not intentional, and once it was brought to our attention we immediately corrected it and reviewed it with our team to ensure it does not happen again.
