He came to me when the service was completed and we completed the financial transaction. This only took about 2 hours which was waht he told me when we started. What a pleasant visit! More

Originally called and spoke with Dan Deitrick, a service adviser, telling him the issues I was having and that both were to be covered under my 10 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty as I had already talke adviser, telling him the issues I was having and that both were to be covered under my 10 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty as I had already talked to them prior to making the appointment. Dan is professional and friendly and was great to work with during my service appointment along with Paul, the mechanic I met who actually dealt with the vehicle.
