We met Steve just as the pandemic became obvious to the world, but Tucson Subaru was already aware of that before this meeting. We met Steve from the front seat of our new car. He taught us what was a mus world, but Tucson Subaru was already aware of that before this meeting. We met Steve from the front seat of our new car. He taught us what was a must to understand about our car, as well as what we could change and what we could not change. He provided a fun learning introduction to all of the safety features of our Outback. Because he was so easy with us, we felt fine in calling him with more questions. We were recently in touch with Steve, we had a question about our car, and though our car was almost 1 year old he responded promptly like it was just off the lot. I had a fabulous experience. My 2014 Outback experienced transmission problems while driving from Texas to California. I dropped in to Tucson Subaru and Dan Ford was my service advisor.
